“ This small, late-night gem in Chinatown is always our go-to spot when we arrive in NYC after hours. Open until 5 a.m., it offers all-you-can-eat noodles--aka. refillable noodles. You can order a single pot of broth to share with friends and keep adding noodles. My personal favorite is the tomato soup with beef; it's super refreshing. We also love their fried chicken and salted chicken bites, both of which are amazing. The skewers never disappoint either. The milk bun is tasty, especially when paired with condensed milk. If you're thirsy, I would recommend trying their ice tea in the bottle (its a yellow bottle)- refreshing and sweet, ask for a cup of ice to make it better! The space is small but I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get seated, even when the restaurant seems full. In short, I highly recommend this place. ”

“ After going to the Chai Spot, make your way to this hidden gem. I cannot find a better dinner deal than this. The bowl of noodles were flavorful and less than $20. The best part is you can request as many refills of plain noodles you want to add to your soup. In addition, if you order one of the crossbridge noodle soups, it comes with 12 side dishes..how sweet is that! I don't think you can find a better deal than that. ”

“ Such a delicious and great value spot in Chinatown! I came with a friend on a chilly Tuesday evening, and the restaurant was bustling. Luckily, we were able to grab a table with no wait. The prices here are incredible, and you can get a giant bowl of noodles and flavorful broth for less than $15! I came hungry and wasn't able to finish my food, and I wasn't even able to take advantage of the fact that they give free noodle refills! I ordered the tomato with sliced beef and enoki mushroom, and I also asked for it to be spicy. The tomato broth was delicious -- warming, acidic, and flavorful. It could have been a bit spicier, but it had a nice kick and also came out piping hot. The rice noodles had a lovely bouncy and chewy texture and picked up the flavorful broth very nicely. I also thought there was a decent amount of vegetable and beef in the bowl. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and pretty spacious. I would love to come back! ”

“ As a noodle lover, this restaurant was my dream restaurant. You can get unlimited (!!) noodles if you order their soup sets, with the choice of rice noodles, potato glass noodles, or Chinese wheat noodles. I got the coconut curry noodle soup set (~$14), which comes with 10 little side dishes. There isn't that much meat in the soup, maybe 4 thin slices of pork, but I didn't really mind. The soup comes out piping hot, and you can put whichever toppings you want in it. Considering the price and how flavorful the soup was, this was the perfect meal on a rainy day!! ”

“ I actually like this place quite a bit. Not too hard to get to, and the food comes out pretty quick. The initial interior doesn't have much seating (tables for about 20 people), but there's a back area for larger parties. The soupy noodles is really cheap ($14-16), and comes with a bunch of sides to add in. Best of all, you get unlimited noodles if you dine in. A single soup has lasted us 2-3 meals, especially if you eat as many noodles as you can while there (saving more of the broth), then ask for more noodles and take the rest to go. The soup and the noodles weren't the best I've ever had, but also not bad. Overall, I'd come back, if just for the value. ”

“ Unlimited refills on rice noodles! This place is quick, cheap, and pretty tasty if you're looking for a soupy noodle dish. My friend and I got the crossbridge noodle soup option where you pick a soup base & they give you 12 different side items with it. We tried the tomato soup base and the curry & coconut soup base and both soups were really good. Super flavorful and tasted exactly as described. The rice noodle portions were also massive and you get unlimited refills so for a total cost of $13, it's well worth it. My only qualm with this place is the 12 side dishes are pretty meh so I wouldn't expect eating most of it. I only ate half and it's very small like you get 1 fish tofu so you're really just eating noodles & soup with this option. Besides that, I'd still recommend it and would def come back! ”

“ Busy place that serves cheap and good Yunan style rice noodle soups. Crazy that this place opens until 5 am and even at normal dinner times, there was a decently long line. Prices were very affordable as our rice noodle sets were only $13 each. Staff were also more friendly and efficient then the average Chinese restaurant. Due to the price, ingredients were definitely on the cheaper side and I also wish the soup was more sour. While good, it's not something I particularly crave and would also prefer to pay higher prices for better quality ingredients. ”

“ The selling points of this spot are (1) how late they are open and (2) the cheap prices! My friend and I dined here around midnight on a Friday and it was bustling! There was no wait time, but almost all tables were taken. Disclaimer: food hits different after midnight and when you're hungry so I can't say the food was objectively amazing, but did it hit the spot? Hell yeah! I got the spicy Sichuan soup and my friend got the tomato soup. Both bowls had soooo much noodles at the bottom we couldn't finish. The soups were good - the Sichuan had a kick but was not very spicy (in Asian standards). I'd come here again - especially on a chilly night! ”
